Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with www.peperinamagenta.com website (the "Service") operated by María Carolina Fantozzi (the "artist", "Peperina Magenta", "I", "me", "my").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
I accept all major International credit cards through Stripe.

MasterCard / EuroCard
All debit cards (eg. Dankort) with Visa or MasterCard logos.
No granting of rights
By buying a photographic print, you are only acquiring material ownership of the print. No other rights are granted or implied. Any reproduction (copying), dissemination, leasing, public exhibition or other analogue or digital use is not permitted unless authorized by law. However, you can resell the print.
When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact me as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, I will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
Retention of title
Until full and final payment, the delivered goods shall remain the property of Peperina Magenta.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
There may be destinations that I cannot deliver to. I reserve the right to cancel an order, if I am not certain that your order will arrive in the best condition.
Please note that the collage are not framed. This is a special service that you can order through my contact form. It will have an extra cost, depending the size of the artwork.
Border extra costs
Please note it is your responsibility to know the laws of your country in terms of what can and cannot be shipped to you. I am not responsible for any tariffs or customs regulations. Extra cost that may occur when the purchased product enters the borders of the client's country must be covered by the client himself.
Availability, errors and inaccuracies
I am constantly updating my offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on my Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and I may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in my advertising on other web sites.
I cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. I reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Certificate of authenticity with signature
Every product has a certificate of authenticity, signed by the artist. It is a method of authentication and it is made in order to demonstrate that the collage is an authentic Peperina Magenta artwork.
If you decide to cancel the purchase or return the product/s, you must also immediately return the unused certificate of authenticity. The purchase price shall not be refunded without receipt of certificate of authenticity. This document should be in the same good condition that it was sent by the artist.
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Peperina Magenta and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Denmark and foreign countries. My trademarks and products may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Peperina Magenta.
Please be aware that payment for a customized collage is non-refundable and the payment must be in advance. It will be a special work made for who requieres and I will assure that the quality of the final piece will be as you expect.
Please contact me before returning any items.
Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations.
Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging.
No tape is to be attached to the product.
The cost of returning the item and any other possible extra costs are to be paid by the buyer.
It is possible that the Danish Tax Authority decide to charge an extra cost when the product returned arrives to Denmark.
When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, I will refund the value of your order, except the shipping costs and possible extra costs.
I reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
Returns Damaged products or parcels
If any damage to your parcel/package when receiving it, this must be noted on the delivery note (where you sign for your package). Please document all damages, including the outside packaging and include them in an email to me. Without images of both product and packaging, we will not be able to issue a refund or replace your product.
In order to document the damaged product/package and submit a claim to the to the courier it will be a mandatory for you to send me one picture of the front of the packaging, one of the back and one of each side of it (before you open it). I will need an extra picture of the damaged part of the packaging if aplicable. You need to take a picture of the inside content of the package in order to document the way that it was wrapped/protected. And I will need an extra picture of the damage parts inside of the package and the product itself (for example: braking galsses, broken paper, damaged frame...). Otherwise it will be not possible for me to replace the damage part or the entire product.
My shipping partners will attempt several deliveries, but if your order is returned to me through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before I can send your order back out to you.
If you refuse to accept the delivery, the package will be returned to me. If you wish a refund, you will still need to notify me. In this case, shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.
It is NOT possible to return any customized collage bought trough my website/web store.
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore I reserve the rights to refuse returns at my sole discretion.
Please attend on time to all workshops. I will always start at the time advertised. If you are more than 15-20 minutes late it may not be possible for you to participate in the workshop. If you arrive late or you do not show at the online workshop you will NOT receive a refund.
You can allow someone else to take your seat without extra costs. In that event notify me in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Standard Cancellation Policy
The following Cancellation Policy applies when participants are not cancelling their attendance due to a COVID-19 related issue.
If you have already registered for one of my online workshops and you are no longer able to attend it, please be aware that cancellations
- Made 4 or more weeks prior to a booked workshop date will receive a full refund of the workshop cost already paid minus of 50 DKK as administration fee
- Made 2-4 weeks prior to a booked workshop date will be refunded 50% of the full workshop cost already paid
- Made within 2 weeks of a booked workshop date will NOT receive a refund.
If you would like to cancel your ticket, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Cancellation.” You will receive an acknowledgement by email from myself.
If you wish to have a customized workshop please request it through my contact form. I will reply to you with a quotation depending on the time/date/topics/amount of participants required. Full payment is required to secure your booking. I will send you a special link to my website so you can do the payment. You will receive an invoice after you complete the payment.
During all workshops I will request permission to take photographs of classes for use in my website and social media for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, that’s no problem at all, please let me know at the time.
Cancelation policy for customized workshops
It is NOT possible to require a refund of this kind of workshop because I will specially design it in advance for you.
Cancellation by me
A workshop may be cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances (eg illness). In this event, you will be offered a full refund or option to reschedule. I will not be held liable for any other costs or expenses that you may incur in the event of cancellation by me. I will make an effort to provide you with such a refund within 60 days of the date of cancellation.
When the cancellation of an activity is due to a third party or an event which I do not have control over, I will offer you an alternative activity on a different date. If you do not use the alternative that we offer and also fail to respond within 1 month to my offer, my obligation to refund will lapse.
No refunds are given for Gift Voucher purchases.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any workshop up to the value stated on the workshop menu. If a workshop value is less than the stated voucher value, no payment for the difference is given. Gift voucher workshop bookings are subject to availability and workshop booking terms and conditions. If you have booked a workshop with a gift voucher, and cancel within 2 weeks of the workshop date, you will forfeit your voucher unless a replacement student can be found.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 365 days after the purchase. They are transferable to another person with the written consent of the person the gift voucher was initially issued to.
No refund is given if the voucher is not used within the voucher validity period.
If someone is booked into a workshop using a gift voucher, and that workshop is cancelled by me due to unforeseen circumstances (eg illness or global pandemic), the student will be able to transfer to another workshop within the validity period of the voucher.
Re Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
My failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding my Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material I will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at my sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
